Serve more clients with the team you already have.
Count on AZ Talent as the technology behind your operation. You handle the client, your brand and the responsável técnico, the professional licensed to sign off. The platform handles the process: risk inventory, DRPS, action plans and the PGR.
In production, not a prototype · Onboarding with no installation · Data handled in accordance with the LGPD

Accounts registered by CNPJ.
An account you register stays tied to you for 90 days, renewable while the deal is active. The clients you already serve are protected with no time limit.
Signed electronically by your responsável técnico.
Reports and the PGR (the risk management plan) are signed by the licensed professional on your team, under Brazilian law 14.063/2020. AZ Talent signs nothing.
The platform documents, you deliver.
It timestamps, versions and records who did what, with a complete audit trail. The technical work is still yours.
Who the program is for
The program is for companies that already serve other companies and already have their trust. What changes is your role: whether you deliver the technical occupational health and safety work, or you hold the commercial relationship and want to bring the solution to your client.
You deliver the service
Your company already runs assessments, builds risk inventories and answers technically for the documents. The platform comes in under your brand and scales what you already do.
- Occupational health and safety consultancies
- Occupational medicine providers
- Occupational health clinics
- HR and people development consultancies
- Organizational psychologists
You contract, serve and invoice your client. The responsável técnico on your team keeps signing the documents.
You refer
Your company serves clients who need to take better care of their people, and to comply with NR-1 along the way, but the technical work is not your line of business. You make the introduction, we take it from there.
- Labour law firms
- Accounting firms
- Management consultancies
- Technology and ERP companies
- Independent professionals with their own client base
You register the opportunity and follow along. AZ Talent negotiates, onboards and pays out the referral.
Not sure which one fits you? Pick that option in the form and we will work it out together in the alignment call.
How it works in practice
From the first conversation to your first client running on the platform. At each step, who does what.
- 1
Alignment call
You tell us who your clients are and how you serve them today. We show you the platform from the inside and decide which track makes sense for your business.
Who leads: AZ Talent and partner, together.
- 2
Setting up your account
AZ Talent prepares your environment and trains your team. There is no installation, no server to maintain and no software to build.
Who leads: AZ Talent.
- 3
You take it to your client
Under white label, the proposal, the contract and the invoicing stay with you. Under referral, you register the opportunity and AZ Talent runs the negotiation.
Who leads: partner (white label) or AZ Talent (referral).
- 4
Operation and support
Your team runs the platform day to day and supports your client. AZ Talent sits behind you, as technical support for your team.
Who leads: partner, with support from AZ Talent.
What you get
Your logo on the platform
Your client signs in to the platform under your logo, not ours.
Recurring revenue, not one-off projects
Clients who move onto the platform stay. The partnership becomes a revenue line that repeats every month, instead of a project that ends when the document is delivered.
No development investment
Nothing to code, host or maintain. The platform is already in production and we keep it evolving.
A ready method for psychosocial risk
The DRPS (the psychosocial risk assessment) covers the 13 categories defined by the Brazilian Ministry of Labour. It is applied anonymously and consolidated into a report per department, so your client can see where people are struggling without anyone being exposed.
More clients with the same team
Assessment, tabulation, risk matrix and PGR stop being manual work repeated for every client. A consultancy's bottleneck is technical hours, and that is exactly where the platform gives time back.
Training and support for your team
Your team is trained during onboarding and has a direct channel to ours afterwards.
What your client gets
The same platform that runs health and safety for these companies today, delivered by you.
- Risk inventory classified by criticality, covering physical, ergonomic and psychosocial risks
- Anonymous DRPS across the 13 psychosocial risk categories set by the Brazilian Ministry of Labour, consolidated into a report per department
- Risk matrix (likelihood x severity)
- Action plans with an owner, a deadline and evidence of completion attached
- Versioned PGR exportable as a PDF in the GRO/PGR format, with electronic signature (Brazilian Law 14.063/2020)
- Compliance panel checking the rule's criteria in real time
- Whistleblowing channel named or anonymous, required by the updated NR-1
- Full audit trail what was done, by whom and when
A department's DRPS report is only released once it has 3 or more answers, which protects the anonymity of whoever answered.
How you do it today
| Step | How it usually goes today | On the platform |
|---|---|---|
| Risk inventory | One spreadsheet per client, version in the file name | A single base per company, versioned and dated |
| Running the DRPS | Generic form and manual tabulation | Anonymous responses, a 3-answer threshold and a report generated per department |
| PGR | Document assembled by hand every cycle | Generated from the data, versioned, electronically signed |
| Action plan evidence | Email, shared folder, screenshot | Attached to the plan itself, with an owner and a deadline |
| Annual review | Starts over almost from scratch | Builds on the previous version, with the history preserved |
| Several clients at once | One folder and one tracker per client | One panel per company, all in the same place |
How the partnership pays off
White Label
The platform costs R$198.00 per month plus R$8.70 per employee, the same public rate published on the site. A client with 100 employees comes to R$1,068.00 per month. There is no partner rate card and no volume discount: the price charged to the end client is set by you, and the difference is your margin.
Referral
You earn a commission on the contract for as long as the referred client stays active.
The platform's cost is public and does not change because of the partnership. The alignment call covers the referral commission rate and how the operation is set up. Under white label, the price charged to the end client is set by the partner, with no floor and no interference from AZ Talent.
Your clients can come from manufacturing, construction, logistics, retail, services, healthcare, education, technology, agribusiness or financial services. NR-1 applies to all of them, and the platform does not change from one sector to another.
Frequently asked questions
No. You register the prospect's CNPJ (the Brazilian company tax id) and the account stays tied to you for 90 days, renewable while the deal is active. Clients you already serve today are protected with no time limit, and if one of them comes to us on their own, we send them back to you.
We do not offer territorial exclusivity: what we protect is your prospecting work, not an entire market.
Get in touch
If you serve companies that need to take better care of their people, and to comply with NR-1 along the way, we want to understand your book of clients and show you how the platform fits into what you already do.
